After clicking the Reset Password button you should be sent to a new page that indicates the password reset email has been sent. If you are not redirected to that page try entering your emails address again and clicking Reset Password. Please check your Junk/Spam Folders if the Rest Password Email doesn’t show up in your inbox. If you do find it in Junk/Spam Folder please mark it as Not Junk/Not Spam.
