How do I set up my online account?
If this is your first time using this site, we will help you walk through the process of getting access to your account. First, you will need to initiate a Password Reset for the email address you use to login to WebFlex. You will then receive an email to reset your password for your account. Once reset, use that password to log in to your account. You will then be ready to start viewing Services and making updates to your deliveries. If you have never logged into WebFlex, please call Culligan Bottled Water Columbus at (614) 379-0562 so they can help you set that up.
Will my account number change?
What about my account and billing process?
You will continue to have online access to view account activity, delivery schedules, and bill pay.
How can I update my order or next delivery?
I am on a regular delivery route; will that continue?
Yes! Your products will continue to be delivered just as they are today.
When are my payments due?
Payments are due the 15th of every month for the prior month statement.
Prefer to send us a check?
Please remit payment to: Culligan Bottled Water of Columbus PO Box 2932 Wichita, KS 67201-2932. Include the return portion of the statement with your check and write your account number on your check. Refrain from stapling, paper clipping, or taping your check to the stub and do not put notes in with your payment. Please direct all correspondence (except payments) to our local office.

How do I skip my next delivery?
I need an additional delivery ASAP before my next scheduled delivery.
- Click Shop Now
- Choose the product you need.
- Select “Next Available Delivery”
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Click “View Cart”
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”
- If you haven’t already, Login to your Account
- In the “Delivery Notes” section notate if you’d like the delivery ASAP, tomorrow, or along with your next scheduled delivery.
- Click “Place Order”
- We will then email or call you to confirm the date of your delivery.
How do I add additional product one time to an upcoming delivery and see how much that will cost?
- Go to Deliveries
- Click “Add Products to Your Next Delivery”. This will only effect the next delivery. Your Recurring Service will continue to schedule future deliveries.
- You will be taken to the Store where you can see pricing for your delivery however tax and any bottle deposits will be additional.
How do I change an additional product one time to an upcoming delivery and see how much that will cost?
- Go to Deliveries
- Click “Edit” next to the delivery you would like to change.
How do I change my regular order for all future deliveries?
- Go to Recurring Services
- Click “Edit” next to the Recurring Service you would like to change.
- Through the online store, you can only change the quantity delivered. To change the product you get delivered, please delete the existing recurring service and add a new one.
How do I cancel a recurring service?
To cancel service please call us at (614) 379-0562 .
How do I add a new Recurring Service for a new product?
- Go to the Online Store
- Add your preferred product(s) with the option of weekly or monthly.
