If this is your first time using this site, we will help you walk through the process of getting access to your account.
Once you have a WebFlex account you can use that to login to the My Account Page
Please remit payment to:
Culligan Bottled Water of Columbus PO Box 2932 Wichita, KS 67201-2932.
Include the return portion of the statement with your check and write your account number on your check.
Refrain from stapling, paper clipping, or taping your check to the stub and do not put notes in with your payment.
Please direct all correspondence (except payments) to our local office.
Additional Account Management FAQAfter 3:30 pm, if you need to adjust your order for the next delivery day please call us at (614) 379-0562 .
- Go to Next Deliveries
- Click “Cancel” next to the delivery you’d like to skip. This will only skip the next delivery however your future deliveries will continue as scheduled.
- Click Shop Now
- Choose the product you need.
- Select “Next Available Delivery”
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Click “View Cart”
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”
- If you haven’t already, Login to your Account
- In the “Delivery Notes” section notate if you’d like the delivery ASAP, tomorrow, or along with your next scheduled delivery.
- Click “Place Order”
- We will then email or call you to confirm the date of your delivery.
- Go to Next Deliveries
- Click “Add Products to Your Next Delivery”. This will only effect the next delivery. Your Future Deliveries will continue as scheduled.
- You will be taken to the Store where you can see pricing for your delivery however tax and any bottle deposits will be additional.
- Go to Future Deliveries
- Click “View” next to the Future Delivery you would like to change.
- Through the online store, you can only change the quantity delivered. To do this click on Edit Quantity and adjust accordingly.
These changes will only effect future deliveries. Any upcoming related deliveries will not be changed however any new deliveries related to you updating this service will be in My Deliveries the next business day.
- Go to the Online Store
- Add your preferred product(s) with the option of weekly or monthly.
